Benefits

• Efficiently breaks down of all the organic layers within the compost material. Often the living beings that break down compost are not present within the material that is intended to be broken down; Eco Recycle has a range of microbes that create the environment for decomposition of the compost material.
• Having these microbes present will speed up the time-frame of generating useable compost.
• Neutralises offensive odours that can occur during the process of matter breaking down.

How it works
Eco Recycle is a biological formulation that is especially formulated to accelerate the degradation of a range of organic material, which under conditions may be slow to degrade. When composting, the ideal combination of microbes and fungi are rarely present, and consequently the composting process is slower and may potentially be incomplete.

Application
Mix 10 grams of Eco Recycle for every litre of water used.
For best results, mix with warm water, stir occasionally and let it sit for at least one hour before application, as this allows the microbes to activate.
Pour over compost then turn compost over to mix.
NOTE: It is important to ensure that filtered water is used and the containers used to mix and apply the product are free from residue of previous applications.

Frequency
Use as a starter when commencing compost and if required, repeat application in two month intervals.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I need to let the product sit for 1 hour prior to application?
Eco Recycle is a concentrate mix of microbes that are dormant while packaged. These are activated once mixed with warm water. It is important to let the mix brew for a minimum of 1 hour (or maximum of 12 hours) so your compost gets maximum benefit from all the microbes present.

Can I apply this product as it is?
Yes, but you would be applying the product inactivated. To gain maximum benefits from the product, some moisture needs to be present in the compost to activate the microbes in this product.

How important is it to use filtered water?
Especially important – at times there may be a chlorine present in tap water, and that would negatively affect this microbial product. We recommend using water that has been through a filter.
